My Final Wishes Service Packages
Welcome to My Final Wishes.
September 2026 is fully booked, please get in touch to book your October Package. Subject to availability.
I created this service out of a deep, gentle understanding of how overwhelming—yet profoundly essential—end-of-life planning can be. Through years of working alongside families navigating loss, I saw firsthand the unnecessary stress left behind when administrative, financial, and personal details were scattered or unsaid. I built My Final Wishes to give you a clear, comforting space to bring order to your life’s details, gently and thoughtfully, before it is ever needed.
This service is for anyone who wants to bring peace to their future and ease the burden on those they love most. Planning for the end of life is not about finding the cheapest shortcut—it is about leaving behind the ultimate gift of order, clarity, and peace of mind. When the time comes, your loved ones won’t be left searching through drawers or guessing your wishes; they will simply open your Master Blueprint and know exactly what to do.
Guided Every Step of the Way
Please know that you’re in warm, safe, and experienced hands. We go entirely at your pace, with zero pressure and zero rush. I will be right alongside you through every session to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and keep things simple and manageable.
A Personal Legacy Written by You
While I’m by your side to facilitate, direct, and organise the process, I do not fill in or write your My Final Wishes folder for you. This is a deliberate and meaningful choice. Completing the pages in your own hand eliminates any possibility of transcription errors or miscommunications. More importantly, a folder written by you carries your own unique energy, love, and thoughtfulness for your family. It makes your blueprint deeply personal—a tangible, comforting reflection of your exact voice and care.
What You Will Receive
When our time together is complete, your personal choices and essential logistics will be beautifully organised into a complete, professional planning system:
- Your Master Life Planning Folder: A high-end, beautifully tabbed A4 binder housing your completed handwritten templates, covering everything from legal, financial, and household accounts to your personal care directives, funeral choices, and legacy messages.
The Essential Document Vault: A dedicated, matching expandable wallet to safely store your original paperwork alongside your folder—such as house deeds, legal wills, birth certificates, and spare keys (The Couples Blueprint).
- A Complete Master Directory & Handover: A final, gentle walk-through session where we review your assembled folder together, sign off your master index, and celebrate the immense peace of mind you have created for yourself and your family.
Taking this step is one of the most loving, practical gifts you can ever offer those you leave behind. Whenever you are ready, I am here to help you begin.

A Vital Operational Companion to Your Legal Will
While a legal Will handles the distribution of your financial estate, it leaves behind a massive operational void. A Will does not tell your family where your bank accounts are, how to access your phone, what music you want at your celebration of life, or how to manage daily household affairs.
My Final Wishes sits directly alongside your solicitor-drafted Will as the essential operational playbook your family actually needs on day one. (Note: This is an administrative and personal guidance framework, not a legal document).
1:1 Support: Frontline & Critical Exposure Navigation
Program Overview
Frontline & Critical Exposure Navigation
You carry the weight of every shift, but who helps you carry yours?
A 4-Week Strategic 1:1 Program for Professionals, First Responders, and Individuals Managing Heavy Loss & High-Stress Exposure
Standard grief support often focuses on sitting in a room, talking in circles, and processing emotion in a passive way. But when you are operating on the front line or dealing with regular exposure to death, trauma, and critical incidents, passive conversation simply does not cut it.
This 4-week, high-intensity 1:1 program is built specifically for those who need a practical, grounded, and straightforward way through. Whether you are dealing with vicarious trauma from your job or navigating the heavy weight of sudden loss, this package gives you direct, confidential support to regain your footing and rebuild your resilience.
Available nationwide via secure online video, or in person across South Wales, please check if this is available in your area.
Who This Is For
This is a dedicated, unvarnished space for people who deal with the heavy stuff on a daily basis and need somewhere safe to drop the mask.
You might be:
Frontline & Emergency Personnel: Blue light responders, healthcare workers, fire service staff, and domestic abuse practitioners who face critical incidents and high-stress situations as part of the daily routine.
Legal & Specialist Support Professionals: Independent social workers, family law solicitors, caseworkers, and private investigators absorbing heavy human stories and vicarious trauma.
Funeral & End-of-Life Sector Workers: Funeral directors, embalmers, and care staff working closely with death who rarely get a dedicated space to process what they carry.
Anyone Navigating Heavy or Sudden Loss: Individuals who feel completely overwhelmed by grief and want a clear, practical, and supportive route forward rather than weeks of generic talk therapy.
If you are exhausted, carrying the emotional weight for everyone around you, or feeling like no one truly understands what exposure to critical stress does to your daily life, this program is designed for you.
Program Aims
Provide a Real, Down-to-Earth Safe Space: A completely confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can speak openly about what you have seen, felt, and carried without needing to censor yourself or protect the person listening.
Unpack the Cumulative Load: Help you safely process the built-up weight of trauma, sudden death, and high-intensity work so it stops quietly driving your stress levels behind the scenes.
Restore Your Personal Grounding: Help you reconnect with your own sense of calm, stability, and control when your work or personal life feels overwhelming.
Establish Firm Daily Boundaries: Give you clear, sensible methods to leave the stress of your role or grief where it belongs, so you can actually switch off and protect your personal energy.
What You Will Walk Away With
Immediate Relief & Breathing Room: A noticeable drop in that constant heavy feeling, mental fatigue, and physical tension from trying to hold everything together on your own.
Rock-Solid Personal Boundaries: Practical techniques to step out of “crisis mode” at the end of the day and protect your energy around family, colleagues, and clients.
A Tailored Exposure & Resilience Toolkit: Clear, straightforward strategies you can use in real time whenever a critical incident, triggering event, or sudden wave of grief lands.
Healthy Detachment Without Losing Compassion: The ability to handle your role or situation with empathy while keeping an effective shield around your own mental wellbeing.
Renewed Energy & Focus: A clearer mind, better sleep, and a grounded roadmap to help you feel lighter, stronger, and back in charge of your life.
